We're revising the Child Attendance page. Soon there will be a link on the current attendance page to the new attendance page. The biggest change you'll notice is the more open interface and that the you can now filter by column types. Also you export the results to multiple formats easier.

We have a series of announcements and common questions that you've been asking us about. Please take a moment to read through them. Income Verification Report We added a new report to Data Validation Report called 'Income Verification Report'. The new report gives you the 'Income Verification' data from the Child Information page along with other relevant information. You can access in the Reporting > Head Start Reports > Child Reports. OCSP Errors on Portal We have an issue with a very small number of people reporting that they're getting a 'OCSP' or 'Online Certificate Status Protocol' error when they tried to use the Portal. The issue is that the when your computer connects to our server they agree that they'll keep a secure connection for so long. If your connection reports a time our server doesn't like you get the error. The cause has always been the same, the computer's time is wrong. If its more than an hour off from our servers you can't connect to the portal. Firefox is the most susceptible because while most browsers allow up to an hour of leeway, Firefox only allows about 5 minutes. The most common causes has been:
Database Refresh Database refresh requests for training requires 5 business days to be completed. Some clients require that their training data be scrubbed. For those refreshes please allow for an extra 1-2 days. Differences between Service Request and Work Orders/Defects If you send an email or add a request through our portal you may receive a notice with an id number similar to SR-12345. Those are service requests that must be evaluated by our support staff. If the issue requires service beyond answering a question you will be given a work order defect number. In general our support staff should contact you within 1 business day about the issue. If you don't hear from the support team feel free to use on of the contact methods in the right hand side. Spring is coming! As may have noticed the snowman on the login page has gone back to the North Pole for the year. And we're beginning to see a little sprague of green popping out of the snow. We're hoping to see some flowers like crocuses and tulips soon. One of the most requested features is to set the portal as your agency's homepage. That feature and more has been added. To change the home page for the entire agency you click 'Agency Admin' than 'Edit Agency Info'.
At the bottom of the Agency Information page is a drop down called 'Set Homepage for Everyone'. These options mirror most of the links in left hand navigation. The currently available options are:
