Supported Desktop Browsers
In general we give full support to the current and previous version of the browser. Below are the supported versions of web browsers on the desktop:
- Google Chrome (our preferred browser) – currently the fully supported versions are 32 and 33
- Internet Explorer – currently the fully supported versions are 10 and 11
- Firefox – currently the fully supported versions are 27 and 28
- Safari – currently the fully supported versions are 6 and 7
Due to security considerations we only give depreciated/limited support for the following supported browsers:
- Google Chrome – version 31
- Internet Explorer – version 9
- Firefox – version 26
- Safari – version 5 – Due the changes in the WebKit rendering engine and possible security issues we give very limited support and highly recommend that you upgrade this browser or use Google Chrome.
Supported Mobile Browsers
On mobile platforms (Android and iOS) we only support for the most recent versions of Google Chrome and Safari.
Additional Notes:
- Older and non-standard browsers may function properly but are not supported.
- Recent changes to iOS have turned off features in both Google Chrome and Safari . We have done an audit and changed many of those features that have been disabled to be iOS friend. If you have a browser specific issue please contact support with a screen shot and description of the issue if possible.
- Due to the rapid decline of FireFox usage throughout the web we are considering moving all versions to depreciated support.
- Due to the decline of Safari usage on the desktop we are considering moving all versions to depreciated support.
- Because of the increase of usage of Safari on tablets we see on our website we will continue for give full support of the most current version on modern tablets.
- There have been several questions on what 'depreciated support' means. Depreciated support means that we concentrate on newer browsers and will build support for the older browsers as time allows. We currently design all of our web applications to work with the current version and one previous version of browsers. We do this because of the demands for new features and because the organizations that creates the browsers only support recent versions of their browsers. We make every attempt to support older browsers and maintain backwards compatibility for the convenience of our customers. Unfortunately, as technology changes, we can only support so many generations of browsers.
